Role Overview

Utilizes the nursing process to deliver patient care under supervision or direction of licensed professionals. Responsible for maintaining patient rights, confidentiality, and coordinating care with other departments, while ensuring accountability for assigned patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide patient care following nursing standards and protocols.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Maintain patient rights, confidentiality, and documentation.
  • Perform duties aligned with organizational mission, values, and standards.

Qualifications & Skills

  • High school diploma or GED; graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
  • Current LPN license in Missouri; meet State Board requirements.
  • New graduates and experienced LPNs are welcome.
  • Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) and LPN-IV certification (completed within 3 months or up to 1 year based on unit).
  • Physical ability for standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs., and assisting with patient movement.
