Responsibilities
Utilize the nursing process to deliver patient care under supervision or direction of a licensed or registered nurse. Maintain professional accountability, coordinate patient care with other departments, and ensure patient rights and confidentiality are upheld. Perform duties aligned with organizational standards and values.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
- Current LPN license in Missouri and compliance with State Board of Nursing requirements
- New graduates and experienced LPNs are welcome
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; LPN-IV Certification completed within 3 months or as required
Skills & Physical Requirements
- Frequent standing and walking; bending, stooping, patient lifting/turning with assistance
- Ability to push, pull, and grip up to 50 lbs.
