LPN Memory Care Manager

Engage & connect: Build strong relationships with residents, families, and the community through events, programs, and meaningful interactions.
Support operations: Manage departmental budgets, assist with marketing and outreach, and keep the neighborhood welcoming, safe, and organized.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- A degree in Geriatrics, Elder Care, or a related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of leadership experience with proven supervisory skills.
- Knowledge of facility licensure regulations, OSHA standards, and safety procedures.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency with computers and social media.
- A warm, approachable personality with a passion for seniors and memory care.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and step into other roles as needed.
