Memory Care Manager
About the role
Lead with heart: Recruit, train, and mentor your team while creating an environment built on trust, compassion, and respect.
Inspire & empower staff: Provide coaching, recognition, and professional development to help your team succeed.
Deliver exceptional care: Collaborate with families, providers, and staff to ensure residents receive personalized, high-quality support using the Best Friends™ Approach to Alzheimer’s care.
Ensure safety & compliance: Oversee care plans, safety protocols, and documentation while maintaining regulatory standards.
Engage & connect: Build strong relationships with residents, families, and the community through events, programs, and meaningful interactions.
Support operations: Manage departmental budgets, assist with marketing and outreach, and keep the neighborhood welcoming, safe, and organized.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Current LPN license in the state of Nebraska.
- 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience, preferably in senior living, long-term care, or memory care.
- Knowledge of state licensure regulations, OSHA standards, and safety procedures.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency with computers and social media.

- A compassionate, approachable leader with a passion for serving seniors and individuals living with memory loss.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and assist in other areas of the community as needed.
