About the role

Lead with heart: Recruit, train, and mentor your team while creating an environment built on trust, compassion, and respect.

Inspire & empower staff: Provide coaching, recognition, and professional development to help your team succeed.

Deliver exceptional care: Collaborate with families, providers, and staff to ensure residents receive personalized, high-quality support using the Best Friends™ Approach to Alzheimer’s care.

Ensure safety & compliance: Oversee care plans, safety protocols, and documentation while maintaining regulatory standards.

Engage & connect: Build strong relationships with residents, families, and the community through events, programs, and meaningful interactions.

Support operations: Manage departmental budgets, assist with marketing and outreach, and keep the neighborhood welcoming, safe, and organized.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, train, and mentor your team while creating an environment built on trust, compassion, and respect.
  • Provide coaching, recognition, and professional development to help your team succeed.
  • Collaborate with families, providers, and staff to ensure residents receive personalized, high-quality support using the Best Friends™ Approach to Alzheimer’s care.

Requirements

  • Current LPN license in the state of Nebraska.
  • 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience, preferably in senior living, long-term care, or memory care.
  • Knowledge of state licensure regulations, OSHA standards, and safety procedures.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency with computers and social media.

Qualifications

  • A compassionate, approachable leader with a passion for serving seniors and individuals living with memory loss.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and assist in other areas of the community as needed.
