LPN - Medical Floor - Night Shift

Position Overview

Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process under supervision or direction of a licensed healthcare professional. Ensures professional accountability for patient care, coordinates with other departments, and maintains patient rights and confidentiality.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program or equivalent experience with licensure
• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice
• Preferred certifications include BLS, ACLS, PALS, PEARS, S.T.A.B.L.E., and LPN-IV certification (where applicable)
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, and perform essential physical functions like bending and reaching
