About the role
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) responsible for utilizing the nursing process to deliver patient care under supervision or guidance of a registered nurse or licensed provider.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient care with other departments
- Maintain patient rights and confidentiality
- Ensure professional accountability for care provision
- Provide direct patient care
- Coordinate with healthcare team
- Uphold patient rights and confidentiality in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program or equivalent experience with licensure
- Must obtain and maintain an active LPN license in the state
Skills & Certifications
- Preferred or required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, PEARS, S.T.A.B.L.E., and LPN‑IV (for Missouri) within specified timeframes
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds, standing, walking, and various movements
- Physical stamina and flexibility are essential
