Position Overview The role involves utilizing the nursing process to provide patient care under supervision or guidance of licensed professionals, ensuring professional accountability and coordinating care across departments. Responsibilities include maintaining patient rights and confidentiality, delivering safe and effective nursing care, and supporting overall patient well-being.
