LPN - Medical Floor - Night Shift

Role: Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process under supervision or direction of a licensed healthcare professional. Ensures professional accountability, coordinates patient care with other departments, and maintains patient rights and confidentiality. Responsibilities: Administers treatments, monitors patient conditions, and maintains accurate documentation. Collaborates with healthcare team to deliver safe, effective care. Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited Practical Nursing program or equivalent experience. Must hold and maintain a current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state. Additional certifications such as BLS, ACLS, PALS, or unit-specific credentials may be required or preferred. Skills & Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand and walk for extended periods, and perform physical tasks including gripping, reaching, bending, and kneeling. Strong communication, teamwork, and attention to patient confidentiality are essential.
