LPN - Medical Floor - Night Shift

Role: Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process under supervision or guidance of a licensed professional, ensuring patient rights and confidentiality. Responsibilities: Coordinates patient care with other departments, maintains professional accountability, and ensures quality care delivery. Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited Practical Nursing program or equivalent experience with successful licensure. Must obtain and maintain a current LPN license in the state. Preferred Certifications: ACLS, PALS, PEARS, S.T.A.B.L.E., BLS (required within 30 days), LPN-IV (for Missouri), and other unit-specific certifications as needed. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand and walk for extended periods, and perform physical tasks such as gripping, reaching, bending, kneeling, twisting, and squatting.
