Role Overview The LPN Medication Nurse provides licensed nursing support focused on safe medication administration, health monitoring, and accurate clinical documentation in a senior living environment. Key Responsibilities: Administer medications and treatments following physician orders and the Six Rights of Medication AdministrationDocument accurately in MAR/TAR in real timeMonitor residents' symptoms, report adverse reactions, and support care plan updatesConduct Service & Health Updates (SHUs)Transcribe physician orders and observe/report physical, emotional, or cognitive changesMaintain medication carts, complete narcotic counts, and ensure compliance standards Qualifications & Skills: Active LPN license in good standingCPR and First Aid certificationsStrong assessment and documentation skillsExperience in senior care or medication administration preferred Impact & Importance: You play a critical role in preventing medication errors, early detection of health changes, and ensuring resident safety through clinical precision and regulatory adherence.
