About the LPN Licensed Practical Nurse Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate LPN Licensed Practical Nurse to join our weekend team! As an LPN on our team, you will play a vital role in providing medication administration, wound care, and vital signs monitoring to our residents. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring the highest level of care and comfort for our residents.
