We are seeking a compassionate and skilled LPN Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Chestnut Hill Lodge Health and Rehabilitation Center, a 181-bed facility located in Wyndmoor, Pennsylvania. As a Weekend LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents while ensuring a smooth transition from weekend to week. As a Weekend LPN at Chestnut Hill Lodge, you will have the opportunity to work alongside a dedicated team of healthcare professionals who share your passion for delivering exceptional care. You will be working a weekend shift, providing critical support to our residents during this time. Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to residents under the supervision of the Registered Nurse (RN)
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Perform routine clinical tasks such as vital signs, wound care, and specimen collection
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members
- Document patient information accurately and timely
Requirements
- Current LPN licensure in the state of Pennsylvania
- Prior experience as an LPN (new graduates welcome to apply!)
- Ability to work weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
