Weekend Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
About the Role
The primary purpose of your job is to assess residents’ needs, develop an individualized care plan, administer nursing care, evaluate nursing care, and supervise nursing assistants and other personnel in the delivery of nursing care in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting. Such supervision must be in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our community, and as may be required by the Director of Nursing Services or designee to ensure the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times. You will follow all health, sanitary, and infection control policies and maintain established standards of practice set forth by the community's administration and Nursing Policies and Procedures.
Responsibilities
- Assess residents’ needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer and evaluate nursing care in a skilled nursing facility.
- Supervise nursing assistants and other personnel in delivering nursing care.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
- Adhere to health, sanitary, and infection control policies.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN within the state of employment.
- Current CPR certification.
- Basic computer skills and ability to navigate various software programs, including electronic health record software.

Pay
$36.00 - $39.00 per hour, based on experience. Additional $4.00 per hour shift differential for Weekend Warrior positions.
Schedule
- Part-Time opportunities available.
- Shifts: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM.
- Weekend Warrior Position: Work every Saturday and Sunday, plus every Friday before or Monday after the weekend.
