Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional care to residents and make a difference in their lives.
• Handle daily nursing operations, including administering medication.
• Ensure each resident reaches their highest level of functioning.
• Supervise CNAs to ensure high-quality care for residents.
• Utilize provided tools and resources, including continuous education and professional development opportunities.

Requirements

• Current license by the State Board of Nursing as an LPN or LVN.
• Able to work cohesively with patients/residents, physicians, and other team members.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
