Providence Place - Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Wage Increases!

About the role

Providence Place, a Lifespark Skilled Nursing Community, is seeking dedicated and passionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join their team. Openings are available on their Transitional Care Unit (TCU), Long-Term Care, and Memory Care units. They also offer in-house dialysis services.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and perform rounds to monitor and evaluate the quality and appropriateness of nursing care.
• Assume responsibility and accountability for the proper completion and documentation of care, medications, and treatments.
• Support the Director of Nursing on the written staffing plan and nursing schedule that reflects the needs of the resident/tenant population.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and a valid state license as a LPN or RN.
• Restorative or geriatric nursing experience is preferred.
• Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident's families, and employees.
• Must possess advanced computer skills, including email use.

Pay

$31.01- $41.20, depending on years of experience.

Schedule

Shifts available: Full-time or Part-time AMs or PMs or PT NOCs.

Shift Differentials

$1.00 for PM and NOC shifts.
