About the role
Join our 115-bed facility as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) on the night shift. This full-time position offers a $7,500 sign-on bonus and a $3 shift differential for night shifts. You’ll work 12-hour shifts in a supportive, team-driven environment where your contributions directly impact resident care.
Responsibilities
- Assess, evaluate, and provide direct resident care in accordance with individualized care plans
- Administer medications and perform treatments as required
- Supervise and support nursing assistants
- Maintain compliance with state regulations and clinical standards
- Promote resident safety, dignity, and well-being
Requirements
- Current RN or LPN license
- Medication administration and IV certification
- Strong understanding of state rules and regulations
- Team-oriented mindset and reliable attendance
- Passion for improving the lives of residents
