Sunnyview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, a trusted healthcare provider in Butler, Pennsylvania, is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As a weekend warrior, if you work double shifts every Saturday and Sunday you will be eligible for a $5000 Sign On Bonus!! Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely patient care
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and growth

Requirements

• Current LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania
• Prior experience preferred (new graduates welcome to apply)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Compassionate and caring approach to patient care
