Responsibilities
- Contribute to assessments, address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs, and reinforce patient and family education
- Administer treatments, medications, and diagnostic tests per policies
- Evaluate intervention effectiveness
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Participate in evidence-based practice decisions
- Mentor new staff and students
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing
- Ability to coordinate patient care, promote safety, and ensure patient satisfaction
- Demonstrates compassionate interactions and adheres to organizational policies
