What You'll Do:

• Provide hands-on nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing setting
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Collaborate with RNs and the interdisciplinary team to ensure excellent resident care
• Monitor and report changes in resident conditions
• Support residents and their families with empathy and professionalism
