About the Role

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team. LPNs provide direct nursing care to our residents, work alongside a collaborative team, and help ensure that our residents receive the highest quality of care in a safe and supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• Compassionate, patient-focused, and committed to providing high-quality care
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain accurate records and handle sensitive information confidentially

Responsibilities

• Collecting information from the patients to be admitted; medical records, insurance details
• Recording health details of patients; including vitals & temperature
• Helping the patient prepare for medical examinations and taking test samples from patients
• Administering medications and injections to patients as needed
• Treating and dressing wounds as needed
• Supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (when required)
• Helping patients get dressed & take care of personal hygiene
• Monitoring patients’ food and liquid intake and output
