LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse - Acute Care Cardiac Telemetry Unit

Role: Inpatient Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) responsible for delivering compassionate patient care, coordinating care plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. Key Duties: Contribute to patient assessments, provide direct care including treatments and medications, evaluate intervention effectiveness, and support discharge planning. Mentor new staff and participate in evidence-based decision-making. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate of a nursing specialty training program, with a strong interest in cardiac care preferred. Ability to meet scope of practice, demonstrate compassionate interactions, and work effectively in a clinical environment.
