LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse - Acute Cardiac Telemetry Unit

Role: Inpatient Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) responsible for providing direct patient care, assessing patient needs, and supporting discharge planning. Responsibilities: Contribute data for assessments and care planning within scope of practice and standards.Address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs of patients and families.Reinforce patient and family education and participate in discharge planning.Administer treatments, medications, and diagnostic studies according to policies.Evaluate effectiveness of nursing interventions based on patient responses.Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to meet patient needs.Participate in evidence-based practice decision-making and unit-based initiatives.Mentor and precept new staff and students in a professional manner. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing (required).Ability to coordinate patient care, promote safety, and deliver compassionate interactions.Strong collaboration, communication, and mentoring skills. Key Duties: Provide comprehensive inpatient care, support interdisciplinary teamwork, and uphold organizational policies.
