About the role

The LPN is a member of the multidisciplinary ambulatory team who is responsible for patient care, patient satisfaction, and clinical outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties for which trained, including starting IVs and simple wound dressings
• Notify the RN or LIP of any changes or abnormalities in the patient's condition

Requirements

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Kentucky Licensure
• No prior related experience required

Shift

7:00 am – 7:30 pm

Pay

$19.00-30.09/hour

Physical requirements

Requires handling of average weights or objects up to 25 pounds with some sitting, standing, or walking.
