Seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Homecare to provide compassionate, patient-focused care in a home setting.
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct care to patients in their homes
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes
- Administer medications as prescribed
- Support and implement individualized care plans
Qualifications
- Active LPN license
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- 1+ year of nursing experience preferred
