LPN Homecare - Part-Time

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) providing home healthcare for pediatric patients in Wymore, NE.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
• Provide skilled nursing services according to prescribed orders.
• Monitor signs and symptoms indicating physiological and psychosocial changes.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret healthcare data, documenting nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications & Skills

• Licensed as an LPN/LVN in the practicing state.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray, and BLS certification.
• Preferably at least one year of professional nursing experience.
