About the role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide in-home care for adult patients in Harvey, IL.
Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process
- Initiate and revise care plans based on patient needs
- Deliver therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing actions
- Respond to changes in patient condition and report to physicians or supervisors
- Administer medications and treatments, monitor effectiveness, and document outcomes
- Review care plans, provide healthcare education, and coordinate discharge planning
Qualifications
- Current RN license for the practicing state
- Valid health certificate, PPD or chest X-ray, and BLS certification
- Preferably one year of RN experience
