LPN Homecare - Part-Time

Role: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) providing in-home pediatric care. Responsibilities Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.Provide skilled nursing services according to prescribed orders.Monitor signs and symptoms indicating physiological or psychosocial changes.Collect, analyze, and interpret health data, documenting diagnoses and patient status. Qualifications Licensed as an LPN/LVN in the practice state.Current TB or Chest X-Ray and BLS certification.Preferred: Minimum one year of professional nursing experience. Skills & Key Duties Utilize critical thinking and clinical skills to deliver quality patient care.Maintain compliance with healthcare standards and prescribed treatment plans.Communicate effectively with healthcare team members and patients' families.
