About the role
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) providing in-home pediatric care.
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
- Provide skilled nursing services according to prescribed orders.
- Monitor signs and symptoms indicating physiological or psychosocial changes.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret health data, documenting diagnoses and patient status.
Qualifications
- Licensed as an LPN/LVN in the practice state.
- Current TB or Chest X-Ray and BLS certification.
- Preferred: Minimum one year of professional nursing experience.

- Utilize critical thinking and clinical skills to deliver quality patient care.
- Maintain compliance with healthcare standards and prescribed treatment plans.
