About the role
Provide skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in a private duty homecare setting, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, and evaluate patient needs.
Responsibilities
- Deliver prescribed care to pediatric patients
- Monitor signs of physiological and psychosocial changes
- Document patient data accurately and thoroughly
Schedule
- Full-time, part-time, or PRN schedules available
- Day and night shifts offered
- Weekend rotations included
Requirements
- Valid LPN license
- Current TB screening or Chest X-Ray
- BLS certification
