LPN GIG - Flex/Per Diem/PRN - Mercy Washington and Surrounding Communities

About the role

Provide patient care utilizing the nursing process under supervision or with RN guidance, ensuring patient rights and confidentiality. Float across various departments such as Behavioral Health, Emergency, ICU, and Medical-Surgical at multiple facilities.

Schedule

Flexible PRN/Per Diem shifts available day or night. No weekend or holiday requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care following the nursing process
• Maintain patient rights and confidentiality
• Float across Behavioral Health, Emergency, ICU, and Medical-Surgical departments

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Current LPN licensure
• Recent bedside experience: one year for Med/Surg, two years for specialized areas
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and IV certification
• Epic experience preferred
