LPN GIG - Flex/Per Diem/PRN - Mercy South and Surrounding Communities

About the Role

Provide patient care under supervision or direction, utilizing the nursing process to ensure quality care. Coordinate patient care across departments while maintaining patient rights and confidentiality. Float between various hospital facilities and departments such as Behavioral Health, Emergency Department, ICU, and Medical-Surgical.

Schedule

Flexible scheduling with options for day or night shifts. No weekend or holiday requirements, and variable hours.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Current LPN licensure
• Recent bedside experience (minimum 1 year for Med Surg, 2 years for other specialties)

Certifications

Certifications required vary by department, including:

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
• IV certification
