About the role

Join a flexible, incentivized Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) role providing patient care across multiple departments including Behavioral Health, Emergency, ICU, and Medical-Surgical in various hospital facilities.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to deliver patient care under supervision or direction, ensuring patient rights and confidentiality.
• Coordinate with departments and maintain professional accountability for assigned patients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Graduate of an accredited LPN program with valid licensure.
• Recent bedside LPN experience: 1 year for Med Surg; 2 years for other specialties.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS (as applicable), IV certification.
• Physical ability to lift, stand, and perform various movements.

Skills & Key Duties

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including day or night shifts.
• Ability to float between facilities and departments.
• Responsible for scheduling a minimum number of hours and being available on short notice.
• No weekend or holiday shift requirements but must be adaptable to shift cancellations.
