About the role

Join a flexible, incentivized Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) role providing patient care across various departments, including Behavioral Health, Emergency, ICU, and Medical-Surgical, in multiple facilities.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to deliver patient care
• Coordinate patient care and maintain patient rights and confidentiality
• Work under supervision or alongside Registered Nurses (RNs)

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Current LPN license
• Recent bedside experience (1 year for Med Surg, 2 years for other specialties)
• Certifications: BLS required; ACLS, PALS, IV certification depending on department
• Physical ability to lift 50 pounds, stand, walk, and perform varied physical tasks

Skills and Attributes

• Flexibility to pick shifts, be available on short notice, and handle last-minute cancellations
• Epic experience preferred
