LPN GIG - Flex/Per Diem/PRN - Mercy Lincoln and Surrounding Communities

About the role

Provides patient care across various departments including Behavioral Health, Emergency, ICU, and Medical-Surgical, within multiple facilities.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process under supervision
• Maintains patient rights and confidentiality
• Coordinates care with other departments
• Floating between facilities
• Selects shifts (day/night) without weekend or holiday requirements
• Available on short notice

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Accredited LPN license
• Recent bedside experience: one year for Med Surg, two years for specialized units
• Certification in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and IV
