About the role

We are seeking a licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide nursing care in a Medical/Surgical Unit.

Responsibilities

  • Perform patient assessments and deliver individualized care in accordance with hospital policies and nursing standards.
  • Participate in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care for adult and geriatric patients.
  • Support the hospital's mission, vision, and values through quality patient care.

Requirements

  • Current LPN license in the state.
  • Minimum of two years hospital LPN experience (preferred for float pool roles).
  • Proficiency in English communication skills.
  • Completion of Basic Cardiac Life Support and institutional basic EKG courses.
  • Ability to work independently, show initiative, and operate computer software in a Windows environment (preferred).
  • Annual completion of unit-specific competency requirements.

Schedule

Night shift from 7:00 pm to 7:00 am, with a 0.9 FTE status. The role is a regular position.
