Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to deliver care
- Maintain patient rights and confidentiality
- Coordinate with departments
- Ensure professional accountability
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Graduate of an accredited LPN program
- Valid Missouri LPN licensure
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Requirements
- Willingness to work with both new graduates and experienced LPNs
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Perform patient care duties
- LPN-IV Certification within 3 months of hire or as required by the unit
