LPN - Orthopedic Neuro - Full Time

About the role

Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process under supervision or guidance of licensed professionals, ensuring patient rights and confidentiality are maintained. Coordinates care within a multidisciplinary team for patients with orthopedic, neurological, and stroke conditions in a 24-bed unit.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver patient care using the nursing process under supervision or guidance of licensed professionals
  • Coordinate care within a multidisciplinary team for orthopedic, neurological, and stroke patients
  • Maintain professional accountability and support patient advocacy

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program or equivalent experience
  • Valid LPN license per state requirements
  • May require certifications such as BLS, ACLS, PALS, PEEARS, or unit-specific credentials

Skills & Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform physical tasks such as reaching, bending, and kneeling
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
