LPN - Flex/Per Diem/PRN

About the Role

Provide patient care under the supervision or direction of a Registered Nurse (RN). Responsibilities include coordinating patient care, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring patient rights. Flexible, incentivized roles are available across various departments, including Behavioral Health, Emergency, ICU, and Medical-Surgical at multiple facilities.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to deliver patient care
• Float between facilities as needed
• Adapt to different shifts and departments
• Maintain current licensure and meet certification requirements (BLS, ACLS, PALS, IV)
• Possess recent bedside experience

Physical demands include lifting, standing, and mobility.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Graduation from an accredited LPN program
• Current state licensure as an LPN
• 1-2 years of recent bedside experience (varies by department)

Preferred Qualifications

• Epic experience
• Additional certifications (e.g., ACLS, PALS, IV)
