LPN - Flex/Per Diem/PRN

About the role

Provide patient care under supervision, utilizing the nursing process to ensure quality care, patient rights, and confidentiality. Coordinate patient care across departments while maintaining professional accountability and adapting to varied shifts and flexible scheduling.

Participate in the Gig Nursing Program with minimal guaranteed hours, offering day or night shifts without weekend or holiday requirements. Respond to short-notice needs and last-minute shift changes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care under supervision using the nursing process

• Respond to short-notice staffing needs through the Gig Nursing Program

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program
• Current compact LPN license
• At least one year of recent bedside LPN experience
• IV certification required
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and turn patients

Qualifications

• Preferred: Epic experience
• Preferred: BLS certification
