LPN - Flex/Per Diem/PRN

About the Role

Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process under supervision or RN guidance, ensuring professional accountability, patient rights, and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care across departments
• Float between facilities
• Adapt to various shifts and departments such as Behavioral Health, ED, ICU, and Medical-Surgical

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Current LPN license
• Recent bedside experience (1 year for Med Surg, 2 years for specialized units)
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and IV certification
• Epic experience preferred

Physical Demands

• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Perform physical tasks required for patient care
