LPN - Flex/Per Diem/PRN

About the role

Provide patient care under supervision or RN direction. Coordinate care, maintain patient rights, and ensure confidentiality. Float between facilities and departments including Behavioral Health, Emergency Department, ICU, and Medical-Surgical.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process in delivering patient care
• Work flexible shifts with no weekend or holiday requirements
• Schedule a minimum number of hours and remain available on short notice
• Adapt to shift cancellations as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Current LPN license
• Recent bedside experience (1 year for Medical-Surgical, 2 years for other specialties)
• BLS certification (required)
• ACLS, PALS, and IV certification (preferred)

Skills & Preferences

• Recent clinical experience
• Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing schedules
• Strong communication skills
• Epic experience (preferred)
