About the role

The Clinical Care Coordinator II demonstrates competency to provide patient care according to age-specific population needs and assists in the management of patient care in the physician office setting under the direct supervision of a provider.

Requirements

• Basic Life Support/CPR certification; must be obtained within thirty (30) days of hire/transfer date
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing or a diploma program
• FL LPN license
• Must be flexible in providing coverage to other office locations
• All individuals providing care to vulnerable populations must undergo background screening through The Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse

Qualifications

• One (1) year of clinical experience in outpatient physician office practice (preferred)
• Experience with an electronic practice management and electronic health record (preferred)
• Demonstrated knowledge of electronic practice management and electronic health records software (preferred)
• Skill in all Microsoft Office software programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) (preferred)

Schedule

• Full time
• 1 regular weekday shift
• 3 extended weekday shifts ending at 7:30 PM
• Saturday half-day shift
