About the role

The Clinical Care Coordinator II in the Family Practice department provides age-appropriate patient care and assists in managing patient interactions under direct supervision of a provider.

Responsibilities

• Provides age-appropriate patient care
• Affords assistance in managing patient interactions
• Works under direct supervision of a provider

Requirements

• Basic Life Support/CPR certification within 30 days of hire or transfer
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program or hold a diploma
• At least one year of outpatient clinical experience and familiarity with electronic health records and practice management software preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications preferred
• Holds an active FL Licensed Practical Nurse license

Qualifications

• Passes background screening through Florida's Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse
