About the role

The Clinical Care Coordinator II provides patient care tailored to specific age groups and supports management of patient services in a physician office setting under direct supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care as per established protocols and standards.
• Assists in managing patient services and ensuring efficient workflow.
• Supports the coordination of care between patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
• Ensures compliance with all regulatory requirements and hospital policies.

Requirements

• Basic Life Support/CPR certification within 30 days of hire.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing school or diploma program.
• At least one year of experience in outpatient clinical practice.
• Familiarity with electronic practice management and electronic health records.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

• Mandatory: Valid FL Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
