About the role

The Clinical Care Coordinator II provides age-specific patient care and assists in managing patient visits under direct provider supervision in a physician office setting. Work involves daily patient appointments at the internal medicine office located in Waldemere Medical Plaza.

Responsibilities

• Provides age-specific patient care and assists in managing patient visits under direct provider supervision
• Works daily at the internal medicine office located in Waldemere Medical Plaza
• Requires BLS/CPR certification within 30 days of hire and graduation from an accredited nursing or diploma program
• Preferred qualifications include at least one year of outpatient clinical experience, familiarity with electronic health records and practice management software, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Must hold an active FL Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• Work schedule is Monday to Friday with no weekends or holidays

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing or diploma program
• BLS/CPR certification within 30 days of hire
• At least one year of outpatient clinical experience
• Familiarity with electronic health records and practice management software
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Active FL Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
