About the role

The Clinical Care Coordinator II provides patient care tailored to specific age groups and supports management of patient services in a physician office setting under direct supervision.

Qualifications

• Basic Life Support/CPR certification within 30 days of hire
• Graduation from an accredited nursing school or diploma program
• At least one year in outpatient clinical practice
• Familiarity with electronic practice management and electronic health records
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Must hold a valid FL Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license

Licensing

Must hold a valid FL Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
