Clinical Supervisor II - LPN - FPG Internal Meds & Pediatrics, North Port

About the role

This leader has accountability and oversight, and supervises the daily activities of the department, shift, or area. In the role, the leader sets the tone and models positive leadership behavior, while ensuring individual and teamwork tasks, projects, and responsibilities are completed successfully in support of departmental and organizational goals.

Requirements

• Two (2) years of healthcare experience
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing or a diploma program
• Basic Life Support/CPR certification; or must be obtained within thirty (30) days of hire/transfer date
• Active State of Florida Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure

Qualifications

Preferred: two (2) years of leadership experience in a healthcare or physician office setting.

Schedule

Full time hours to include:

• 3 extended weekday shifts ending at 7:30 PM
• 1 regular weekday shift
• Saturday half-day shift
