LPN - Cardiovascular (Inpatient)

Responsibilities

• Administer medications, hang IV fluids, and manage care under RN supervision.
• Chart assessments and care plans as directed by RNs.
• Communicate with physicians/APPs for orders and care coordination.
• Perform dressing changes, trach care, NG tube care, and ostomy care.
• Reinforce patient education and discharge instructions.

Qualifications & Skills

• Active LPN license (IDFPR).
• BLS certification within 30 days (AHA).
• College diploma in Nursing.
• Over 1 year of LPN work experience.
• Ability to perform clinical tasks accurately and communicate effectively with healthcare team and patients.
