LPN - Cardiac Medical Intermediate

Role Overview Utilize the nursing process to deliver patient care, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating care effectiveness provided by team members. Coordinate patient care with other departments while maintaining patient rights and confidentiality, aligning with organizational mission, values, and standards. Key Responsibilities Perform clinical duties such as telemetry monitoring, pacemaker and ICA care, post-angio care, TR band management, and administering medication drips. Focus on patients with cardiac conditions like CHF, chest pain, pre-surgical procedures, and med/surg overflow. Collaborate with the team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program or equivalent experience with licensure.Current LPN license, maintained per state requirements.Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 50 pounds, and assist with patient movement.Open to new or experienced LPNs.Basic Life Support certification required; IV certification preferred.
