LPN - Behavioral Health - Full Time, Night Shift

About the Role

Utilizes the nursing process to deliver patient care under supervision or guidance of a licensed professional, ensuring patient rights and confidentiality. Coordinates care with other departments and maintains accountability for assigned patients, adhering to organizational standards and values.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic care in a behavioral health setting, including evaluation, medication administration, individual and group therapy, and relapse prevention.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patients suffering from psychiatric illness, behavioral disorders, or substance use disorder.

Requirements

• Practical Nursing Degree from an accredited school.
• Current LPN license (or obtainable within 90 days).
• Basic Life Support certification.
• IV Certification within one year.
• Previous experience in behavioral health or psychiatric care is preferred.
