LPN - Full Time, Night Shift

About the Role

Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process under supervision or direction, ensuring accountability and coordination with other departments. This is a night shift role in a fast-paced intermediate unit specializing in cardiac and respiratory conditions, serving patients with high flow oxygen or BiPAP needs (no ventilators). The position emphasizes compassionate, collaborative care in a progressive care setting that combines elements of ED and ICU.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient rights and confidentiality.
• Assess patient needs and deliver appropriate care.
• Work closely with the healthcare team to monitor patient status and implement treatment plans.

Requirements

• Practical Nursing Degree from an accredited school.
• Current LPN license or eligibility within 90 days.
• Basic Life Support certification.
• IV certification within one year of hire.
